Founded in 1991, Orfit is a family-run Belgian innovator in medical thermoplastics and composite materials for radiation oncology positioning systems. We design and manufacture medical devices that either keep patients perfectly still or help them move again. Think high-tech masks that gently immobilize cancer patients during radiotherapy, transparent thermoplastic sheets for prosthetic sockets, and innovative splinting materials for rehabilitation.

We handle the entire production journey in-house - from R&D to quality control, manufacturing to training - ensuring top-notch quality and innovation every step of the way. We are present in over 100 countries thanks to a global distribution network, and we’ve recently taken bold steps to boost local production – like investing in a state-of-the-art Belgian facility to manufacture our own composite components for radiotherapy equipment.

We are a proud family business, led today by Matthias, Emilie, and Chloé Cuypers. As the third generation, they follow in the footsteps of their parents, Christine and Steven Cuypers, who continue to play an active role as trusted advisors, contributing to strategic direction and overseeing a number of key projects.
